"I earned my real estate license while I was at OSU", said this young mother of three boys. "When I graduated, I went straight into real estate sales and marketing new home construction for the family business." While making the decision to form a team, Laura took her time selecting Associates who shared the same values. Her relationships with family, friends, and past clients have been built on trust, communication and integrity.

Randy Kay Young is a mother of three grown children and wife to her husband Pete, for over 27 years. She brings great real life experience to the team through her many personal moves across the country, most with Corporate Relocation Companies. Having lived the emotional stress of several moves, she consequently has an extraordinary empathy for the trials & tribulations of “The Move”. This empathy drives her commitment to providing nothing less than “Excellence” in her role as a Real Estate Professional.

Partnering with her husband, Randy spent 14 years owning, managing and running the day to day operations for their 10 Wendy’s restaurant locations. From a beginning of 5 locations, they grew the business to 10 locations and into a multi-million dollar franchise. Through her various roles held in their company, she learned to lead with the guiding principals of trust, integrity, and “Doing The Right Thing”. Randy learned that to “Achieve Results”, she must practice a work ethic comprised of dedication, commitment and tenacity. It is with these qualities that she worked in the past to build strong relationships and achieve results with their employees and customers, and it is with these same qualities that she works to serve, “The Client”.

Randy & Laura work closely on listing each home and working to define the true value of a home, and a price that a buyer is willing to pay. Their partnership has been rewarding spiritually, personally, and financially. Like the rest of the team, they share the same values, and with this common perspective in business transactions have created a strong foundation in their working relationship. The separation of responsibilities with buyer specialists and listing specialists allows Randy to become more focused, knowledgeable and skilled in my specific area of expertise in “Listing”, “Staging”, “Marketing”, and, “Negotiating” homes for sale.
